What Is The Process?
When you get in contact, we will have a brief discussion about what exactly you are looking for in an apartment, you budget and so on. Then I will put together a few apartments that I believe fit your needs and I will arrange to show you those apartments. When you have time to look at the apartments, I will bring you to view them. If you find an apartment that you like, we will submit an application to the management company/owner which usually includes a credit report and a check for one months rent (refundable). At that stage they will review your application and when it is accepted we go ahead with the lease signing.
Is There A Fee?
It depends on the apartment that you decide to rent. The typical fee for an apartment is one months rent. In some cases the landlord management company pays the fee, in some cases you will be responsible for the fee and in other cases the fee is split.
Are Apartments Pet Friendly?
All landlord/management companies have different restrictions when it comes to pets. If you do have a pet be sure to specify that in our initial discussion so that you can be matched with a unit that allows pets.
